Step 3: We Decide Together


If coaching is right for you, we'll talk about which option fits your life — 1-to-1, online, or group coaching. If it's not the right time, that's fine too. No hard sell.

1-to-1 Coaching (Sandbach)


If you're local to Sandbach or nearby areas (Crewe, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich), we can work together in person at Bodypower Strength and Fitness, Snadbach.

Online Coaching


If you're further afield or prefer the flexibility of training from home or your own gym, online coaching gives you the same structure and accountability — just delivered remotely.

All options include the same core system: Training. Nutrition. Accountability.

Q: Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No strings attached. It's a conversation to see if we're a good fit. If we're not, that's fine.

Q: Will I be pressured to sign up?
No. I don't do hard sells. If coaching isn't right for you, I'll tell you. If it is, I'll explain how it works and let you decide.

Q: What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Start with the free 3-day course first. It'll give you clarity on what's been going wrong and help you decide if coaching is something you want to pursue.

Q: How long does coaching take?
Most clients see measurable progress within 4–6 weeks. But real, sustainable change takes time. Most clients stay for 12+ months because the system works and they want to keep progressing.

Q: Do I need to live in Sandbach?
No. I work with clients across Cheshire, the UK and Internationally. If you're local, we can work 1-to-1. If not, online coaching works just as well.

Q: What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?
Most coaching fails because it's either too rigid (unsustainable) or too vague (no accountability). This system is structured but flexible — built for real life, not perfection.
