Find the one thing most likely to be stalling your fat loss

The Fat Loss Leak Finder asks the questions I'd ask on a first call, then tells you where I'd look first, so you know the one thing to fix before you try anything else. Your result shows on screen straight away, and the full report comes by email.

What your result tells you

  1. Your biggest leak. The habit or pattern most likely to be undoing your week.
  2. Your fat loss type. Which of eight patterns you fit, and why the usual advice hasn't worked for it.
  3. A realistic timeline. Roughly what to expect, and when.
  4. A personalised report by email, to keep.

Why I made it

Most people I talk to aren't short of information. They've read the articles and tried the apps. What they're missing is knowing which bit of it matters for them.

Nine times out of ten it's something fairly simple, like weekends that cancel out the week, or a diet so strict it only lasts until Thursday. The quiz is built to find yours.

How it works

  1. Answer the questions

It takes about 3 minutes: your week, your eating and what's happened when you've tried before.

  2. See your result

Your main leak and your type show straight away, so you know what's been holding you back before you've given me your email.

  3. Get the full report

Add your email and the report comes to your inbox. You'll hear from me now and then after that, and you can unsubscribe any time.
