Cookie policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This page explains which ones this site uses, what they're for, and how to change your choice.
Essential cookies (always on)
Set by Wix, which runs this website. They keep the site working and secure, let the forms send, and remember your cookie choice. The site can't work without them, so they can't be switched off.
Examples: wixSession, bSession, client-session-bind, consent-policy. Wix may set others for the same purposes.
Analytics cookies (on unless you switch them off)
Google Analytics shows me which pages people visit, how they got here and which buttons they use, so I can see what's useful and improve the site. Wix also keeps basic visitor statistics for me. I don't use this information to advertise to you.
Google Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_6GQKZR0ZH3, kept for up to 2 years.
Since February 2026, UK law has allowed cookies like these, used only for statistics to improve a website, without asking first, as long as you're told about them and can switch them off. You can switch them off at any time in .
Advertising cookies (only if you accept)
If you accept, Meta's pixel shows me whether people who see my Facebook and Instagram ads go on to book a call or join the Motiv8 email list. It also lets me show my ads to people who've already visited the site. Meta may use this information in line with its own privacy policy.
Meta cookies: _fbp, and _fbc if you arrived by clicking an ad, each kept for up to 90 days.
Other websites
The Fat Loss Leak Finder quiz, Protein Sorted and the Protein Cookbook shop (Payhip) are separate services, and they may use their own cookies.
Blocking cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of this site, such as the forms, may not work.
