Online coaching from someone who actually reads your check-in
A training programme and food targets built around your real week, and a video or voice reply from me after every check-in, within 24 hours. You always know what to do next, and you've got someone in your corner on the weeks it's hard. Train at your gym or at home, wherever you are in the world.

Why I run online coaching the way I do
I've been trained and mentored by some of the biggest and best coaches in the UK, so I've seen what good coaching looks like.
I've also heard plenty about the other kind, from clients telling me about their last coach and from seeing how other coaches work. They got a programme and, most weeks, a message saying "good job, keep going". Some felt they had to remind their coach who they were.
So the rule here is simple. If you're paying for me, you get me. I read every check-in myself, I look at your numbers before I reply, and when something needs changing I explain why.
How it works
-
We start with how you really live
An in-depth background questionnaire, then a normal week of food, steps and morning weigh-ins. Your plan starts from how you really live, so it fits from the first day and takes the most direct route to your goal.
-
Your plan, on video
I record a walkthrough of your training and targets and why each part is there. You'll know what to expect and when, which makes the first few weeks far easier to stick to.
-
Train knowing exactly what to do
Your programme is in the TETraining app, so you open it and get on with it. I review it every week and update it as you progress, so it keeps working as you get stronger. Send me a video whenever you want your form checked.
-
A reply from me every week
You send your wins, your biggest struggle and your measurements. I reply by video or voice within 24 hours, so you know what's working and what to focus on next. I adjust from the trend, so one bad weigh-in never throws your plan off.
What happens when a week goes badly
No telling off, and no new plan on Monday. I ask where it started, because the answer is usually something we can plan around next time. Then you pick up at the next meal.
Hi Sam! Sounds like it's been a bit of a rough week, and these do happen, so don't feel bad. Remember your results come from the average of your efforts, not from being perfect all the time. Talk me through the week: what happened, and where did it start?
"The gym isn't new to me, having trained myself for over 20 years now. However, I seemed to be struggling with consistency and was carrying a few more pounds than I wanted. […] At the end of our time working together I was in the best shape I have been in for over 10 years."
Questions about online coaching
Do I need a gym?
A gym gives us the most options, but I can build a programme around the kit you've got at home. You'll also have a short home session for the weeks when getting to the gym isn't happening.
I live near Sandbach. Can I mix online with sessions?
Yes. If you're nearby, you can book a one-off session with me at Bodypower whenever you need one.
I'm not in the UK. Does that work?
Yes. I have clients across Europe and I've coached people in Australia. Your check-ins and my replies are recorded or written, so the time difference doesn't get in the way.
How is this different from a plan I could download?
A download can't see that your Saturdays keep undoing your week, or that your lifts have gone up while the scale sat still. Most people already know roughly what to do. The coaching is in spotting what's actually getting in the way and changing the right thing.
What about holidays and nights out?
Before one, we decide what you want from it: staying roughly on track, or just enjoying it. Both are fine. We plan around whichever you pick, and when you're back you carry on from the next meal.
Start with a 20-minute call
On Zoom or by phone, wherever you are. You'll come away knowing whether online coaching is the right fit for you, and I'll tell you if it isn't.
